Walking



Averaged roughly 11,500 steps a day during August, walked a total of 190 miles. Looking like I’ll be doing a little less this month though - only getting around 10,500 a day. Mainly down to our weekend walks not quite being as far.
 
I find walking 5 miles is much better for your core than say jogging 5 miles, , just need to get some good podcasts:)

In The Dark podcast is a good one, ive listened to it when ive been walking, you do get so engrossed in it that it helps squeeze some extra mileage out of your walk, about a bloke that has been convicted of murder and has had his convictions overturned 6 times but keeps getting retried, its series two that ive listened to... well worht a listen and thats not my normal type of podcast
