Will be Tuesday morning, I was told.

Finally through to the twat, apparently his van has broken down, he’s waiting on a new tire and something about timing.

Took a lot of chasing just to find out he had issues, even then took several calls to the estate agent.

Bet they wouldn’t take so long if I forgot to pay my rent.
 
The OP should try living in the land of Manyana, (sometime in the future), if you’re lucky.
