Anyone taking legal Acton against VW Group??

As part of this mass law suit ? My car ‘qualifies’ so can join this mass law suit. Obviously they take a cut etc. Anyone signed up to it?

Did you need to purchase the car brand new or can you claim for a second hand car you owned too?

Had the diesel work done on mine as was under impression you had to , 2 years later it started to play up and Vw charged me £1400 to repair all from emission work they had done ... twats

Yeh I’m with slater gordon for the passat, still got it and tbh it’s the best car I’ve ever had, but I’ll take some free cash when the settlements come

May be closed but these were the criteria

• Your car is/was a VW, Audi, Seat or Skoda.
• It has/had a 1.2, 1.6 or two litre diesel engine.
• It was made between 2008 and 2015.
• You purchased, leased or acquired it (new or second-hand) before 1 January 2016.
