VPN - new account blocked

I've just tried to register a new account for our branch (Newcastle Branch), but I use a VPN which has now blocked me. It looks like the account has been created but I can't access it or ANY of the forum in fact (unless I'm incognito).

Who do I message to have it looked at as it's not clear?
