Class in there.Sell over 200 foreign beers as well.They got another pub called The Wellington on Bennets Hill off New Street which has about 15 ales on.

Aye the Wellington is a great boozer, there is also a great pub just down the road from Snow Hill station that does a great range of ales and good bait, recently done out (about a year or two ago mind) is The Old Contemptibles

Aye I get in there a canny bit.Pub called The Craven Arms at side of mailbox on Gough Street just been done out and took over by Black Country brewery.Got 9 ales and is a canny little pub.Also like The Shakespeare on summer row.

Yeah all good, The Lord Clifden on the way through hockley toward the WBA ground is an ace boozer too.

Edit: Used to drink in the shakespeare quite a bit

Aye spent a few sunny days in the back at Lord Clifden cock eyed as a goldfish.

Actually if weathers nice Monday might have a walk up from town as not too far.

I work in Birmingham 4 days a week and stop in Tamworh 3 nights a week mate.

And you are right.topper boozers.cant understand why people slag it off.Its spot on down here.Think its lazy sterotyping.

Oh right, had 5 happy years in brum, cracking city, in fact we are driving there tonight and I am unsure whether it wise to wind the villa inlaws up yet;)

still rent our old place out down there like.

Aye I like it down here.homes home like.i edited last post.gets bad press but usually off people who don't know what they talking about.really like the place.

I know mate, I find myself sticking up for Brum a lot generally to folk who havent really spent much time there. its had a lot of city centre investment and there are some lovely places to eat drink etc.
