I don't go in for that shit whenever I can avoid it. Unfortunately the genre I like is rooted in anime tropes which is unfortunate. Plenty of animated sex in the Witcher, mind, isn't there? Find sex in video games embarrassing whether cartoony or photo realistic in truth.

There's some, tends to fit with the story though.

Other than FIFA they're the ones I've put most time into. Honorable mentions for Forza Horizon 3 and 4 as well. Oh and Battlefield 4, that series has been downhill since then. Oh and GTA V.

Metal Gear 5 gameplay was really good just wish it had more structure with the story. Packed it in half way through.
