Any Good?

I would like to tone up after shifting some weight and have heard good things about these online. But being the cynical sort would like someone to confirm to me they are the best thing since sliced bread (before people feared carbs)

My gym doesn't have one so want to see if it is worth looking into a hire. If I went down this route how long would you recommend using one for?

Cheers

you can do sessions on them in tanning salons, and no ofcourse they dont work.

another bullshit fad, like getting a six pack by sitting whating tv whilst electrocuting yourself.

It's more difficult to eat food off a vibrating plate so you eat less!

I assume they must do something since I was a bit wobbly on my legs after having a go on one but if you want to tone up the best thing to do is some proper resistance/weight training.

This. I managed to get one on the cheap for £40 and sold it after a month of no results. I've been doing this thing called "diet and exercise" lately and that's worked for me.
