Isnt it 1/3 more expensive than elsewhere before 9.30?yep... 1/3 off for travel within the South East after 10am....
And that's not a railcard, just the fare for everyone?

It’s still an extra third off the price of a ticket after 10... I’m not sure I’m getting your pointIsnt it 1/3 more expensive than elsewhere before 9.30?

You said it was a railcard discount for single peopleIt’s still an extra third off the price of a ticket after 10... I’m not sure I’m getting your point
Private sector workers! Back of the queue scum but please keep working until you're 67 as someone needs to pay for these Public Sector Pensions.I work in the construction industry, I build the railways, schools , hospitals, sewers, airfields, prisons etc used by society. More people die in the industry each year than the forces. Any chance of a cheap ticket?
Read this. My take was it was a south east rail card. I’ve applied it to a ticket that would normally pay 30 quid for after 9:30 and instead it costs me 20You said it was a railcard discount for single people
It’s not a third off, it’s just the price of all tickets for everyone from 9.30 (in an area where peak fares are far higher than anywhere else)
So what about people who SAVE lives in their day to day working lives? What about NHS or Police or Fire staff?
Why should they get discounted rail fares?
No, it is a third off. You take the off-peak price (which you correctly point out is lower than the peak price) and then you take another 1/3 off the price. You said it was a railcard discount for single people

You explained it far better than i didNo, it is a third off. You take the off-peak price (which you correctly point out is lower than the peak price) and then you take another 1/3 off the price.
The peak restriction is not unique to the Network Railcard. It also applies to the Two Together card. Some other railcards have minimum fares before 10am, so they don't always give a discount / the full discount before 10am.
