No the one who was pretty poor last season. The same Honeyman that virtually everybody was clammering to be Captain after we were relegated from the Championship and he made that speech?

There's no guarantee that Willis will do wellTheres no guarentee for me the new signings will do well, apart from willis

No they weren’t!The same Honeyman that virtually everybody was clammering to be Captain after we were relegated from the Championship and he made that speech?
No they weren’t!
Correct. Obviously we all hope he does. There's no guarantee that Willis will do well
Aye, that's the one I was thinking of.No the one who was pretty poor last season.
Definitely can't question his effort. Leadership though is very questionable. Not sure you could question effort or leadership even if you can question his quality.
We've lost 1x good player & 4 (hopefully) meh's on lower premiership wages in surplus positions, plus the other mercenaries on outrageous wages. We've gained at least 4 potential 1st teamers in the positions we need to strengthen, on a fraction of the wages. Also retaining our star players when our competitors mostly failed to do. Without going into the finer details of player ability, that's a very, very good bit of business in this window. Landing Dobson is amazing news as he's what we've been missing, for many years, in midfield. It really does seem that JR has addressed all of our weaker areas right up the spine of the team; really looking forward to seeing what we can produce.I'd rather wait and see them play before claiming everything has been addressed
How much have you seen of Dobson? We've lost 1x good player & 4 (hopefully) meh's on lower premiership wages in surplus positions, plus the other mercenaries on outrageous wages. Willis and Dobson were both captains of their teams so Im assuming they have leadership qualities which we very much lacked at times last season and will need now Catts gone.
You said virtually everyone was clamouring for Honeyman to be captain . They really weren’tMaybe search the threads at the time. For me I have no issue with him as Captain, never stops grafting, great pro, represents the club really well.......
I love the way this place rewrites history, half way through last season people started banging on about why Catts wasnt captain over Honeyman, conveniently forgetting that virtually everyone had slaughtered him in the summer and wanted him gone.
No but i think hes the biggest coup out of our signingsThere's no guarantee that Willis will do well

What do you mean by he is a great pro ?
