If anything, I would assume that breath containing vapour will be heavier and not travel as far as non vape breath?
Unless of course vape contains something like helium which means it’s lighter than breath.

Propylene glycol is an anti-microbial afaik, it could be offering some level of protection. Note I've said "could", not is. Wouldn't want to pick this as my hill to die on.
