Itchy skin is from air conditioning.Anyone use one? I always get really itchy skin in the winter. Pretty sure it’s VitD deficiency and the tablets I take don’t do anything. Wondering if anyone can shed ‘light’ on if they work for this, how often you use it & how much you paid?

Did you miss op specifically asking about winter? The season the Northern hemisphere is in now. I also doubt that even if the sun was as strong here as in April that you'd want to be out for 15 minutes in shorts and t shirt today in the UK.Researchers at the University of Manchester have been looking into the relationships between sunlight exposure and vitamin D.
