Want to change the 2nd car and I’ve seen 2 locally that are identical and almost the same in price.

One is a 17 plate with 19k miles on the clock
One is a 66 plate with 8,700 on the clock

What would you prioritise age or mileage.

The age is literally 6 months but the 66 plate comes with a 12 month warranty as it’s at a main dealer.

Tempted to think lower mileage is better but then 19k is nothing anyway for a modern car.

19k is nothing but 9k is better but has had an extra year on the road.

Six and two threes tbh. Personally id go for the lower milage car.
 
I would be wary of such a low mileage car of that age personally.

There could be a one day age gap between the two though.
