Urgent help needed

Both my lads have bought FIFA 22, they have separate consoles, separate accounts, separate PS plus accounts and separate EA accounts yet they can’t log into the EA servers at the same time and therefore if one is playing online the other can’t. It’s like a f***ing war zone in my house. Any idea how this is happening and any ideas how to fix?

That’s really strange. Is there any chance one can play wired and the other wireless and see if that helps? I don’t know if I’m right but it could be that you needed to open up another port on your router for access but it’s still a very strange situation. Try Googling the opening of different ports in your router. Hope you get it sorted.

So it seems I had an old EA account that both were linked to. Youngest never used to play FIFA until recently so never recognised the issue before. Managed to get them unlinked after a lot of online chat. But sorted now
