"Firstly, I genuinely don’t care if this comes across as RAWKISH, or melodramatic, or anything like that, because it’s the truth, and I’m angry.

This is something that I didn’t want to write, but more importantly this is something I didn’t think I would have to write. I was sure we’d win this game, this team has what all the other great teams of the past have had, desire. We deserved better than this, we deserved better than a poor pass from Evans, we deserved better than 3-0.
When we’ve won the Carling Cup before, we’ve had to overcome adversary, we’ve had to split oceans apart to manage to get what we as a football club deserve. Success, trophies, respect. Sure we’ve had to overcome some dodgy decisions, but I can’t think of a single decision that has not only managed to place us at a massive disadvantage numerically, tactically, and in a purely 1-0 point of view. This destroyed the night, it was genuinely an awful, awful decision that has knocked us out of the Carling Cup, simple as that Johnny.

However, what makes this club great is the fact that nothing keeps us down, not the Munich Air Disaster, not our best players leaving, not financial instability, and certainly not a decision that a shit referee has made against us to hand a tie to an undeserving team. We will come back. We will win more European Cups, and what makes it better than the bitter tears of our rivals, is the fact that we know that we fully deserve all the success that we have had, do have, and will continue to have in the future.
This, like all other bits of tragedy, misfortune, and injustices will do nothing but make us stronger, and when we lift the Premier League next, we’ll look back and smile at tonight, because we know that it’s driven us on to bigger things. It’s a typical Manchester United cliché, but it’s 100% true. We’ll never die.

We are Manchester United. And we do believe."
only yanks say tie..

FFS. Precious c*nts.

Well I still have a soft spot for yas stopping the mags in their stride and for the FTM banner at Roker Park.

I did both by the way, clapped your away fans when it looked like you'd done it. Then got stuck into the Poznan when it turned on its head. Football would be shite without a bit banter! ;)

Has someone whipped the ladder from under your feet?

Great set of fans when they are dishing it out, can't f***ing take it though.

Thought they were poor on Sunday all I could hear was a bit clapping from them, certainly not up to the usual standards

there isn't a hope in hell any other set of supporters would be chanting at 4-0. That includes the other successful club's in this country.

You mustn't of been there at old trafford when man u were dicking us 5-1 and our whole away end to a man sang red and white army for the entire second half...

... phenomenal tonight.
Really a few pissed up kids thinking they were great singing to make themselves look cool in defeat .. The ones left singing at the end were all bairns cause the older fans had left. They think its kind of cool and hip to be singing while they are losing look how good we are as fans. Not really few seasons of that and they wont be the same.

Its the best forum in the country, by some distance.

I like some of your lot but if ya going to be arrogant, may I ask when this revenge of yours is actually going to take place?

We keep hearing about it and nowt seems to happen?

It was supposed to be before the league game last year, but yous ran out the pub covered in blood....

It was supposed to be in the cup semi final as you marched to wembley....

It was supposed to be last league game at your place when you were going to put one of the final nails in our relegation coffin....

It was supposed to be Sunday...

Haway man, when is it???

Would your song of choice be original?

Sunderland are class, to the tune of tupac - hit em up.

Why would you be chanting and being wacky when you've just been battered. The only thing acceptable in those circumstances is pure vitriol.

Or when we were getting tonked 3-0 under O'Neill and kept singing throughout. Even Henry Winter mentioned how class we were that day.

hahaha theyve had nowt to moan about, a crisis for them is top ten and signing £60m players, id f***ing love it for them to totally feel what majority of fans feel a relegation it would be the greatest thing to happen in sometime and would sort plastics out no end.

Aye class mate. However, difference is, we were getting dicked off the best team in the country. Would we have been singing all game if we were getting dicked off a pub team?

Our fans can be class but you cant compare singing when losing to a top side to singing when losing to a pub team though.

Goon.

Easy for them to do it now as its once in about 20 years experience not a regular occurence like us. Its like oh look as us we are the best supporters in the world . No your a bunch of pissed up kids trying to make yourself look like great supporters. If the same thing is happening with manu in a couple of years which i doubt it then we will see if they have fans doing the same. Very easy for them now to support. They just signed Di Maria ffs what have they to be down about

How comes they are miles ahead of City, Chelsea and Arsenal fans when it comes to singing?

Youre saying success is why they sing. Well how comes on here loads reckon its all about age and that adults dont sing? That suggests success only plays a part and that man utds away fans are all kids. Which is wrong. Like I said, there is a vid of them in Rome, singing Viva Ronaldo for 20 mins solid, not a young un in site.

You could give City or Chelsea the next ten years (winning everything in sight) and they wouldnt be anywhere near as good as Man Utd for singing. Some clubs have singing cultures. Others dont. Thats just the way it is.

At home or away ? Decent hardcore away support but they wont be so tolerant if this continues. Old Trafford like a morgue at times. Liverpool even though there supporters are knobs to me have the loudest away support all always brought a great number even when they were wank.
