UFC/MMA Thread - 2020

Fair play to Yair for going the distance tbh. I think any educated UFC fan would of had this as an easy Max stoppage, Yair hasn't hit the heights as once prospected when he was slapping about Hooker for funs but at the same time he's well above gatekeeper level.

I feel like the Featherweight division is a lite version of the Welterweights where 2 people are just levels above the rest, I feel like the division really needs McGregor to do 1 last weight cut to define who was the absolute GOAT of the division but judging by the amount of drunk tweeting there's more chance of Prince Andrew not getting done for noncing, it's 1 of those things which will always be the unanswered question.

I'm unsure what happens next tbh, do we just see Holloway and Volk scrap it out for an eternity until the prospects catch up a bit like Usman and Colby scrap it out until Chimaev , Rakhmonov and Peirera become elite level.

Any current Featherweight is cannon fodder to Holloway is complete cannon fodder as much as any Welterweight is cannon fodder is to Colby, a bit of a dilemma here.

Incredible fight. Hard to imagine anyone stopping Max. Beat him, yes but stop him? He's just brilliant and beyond durable. Hats off to Yair, f***ing warrior. Was hoping for a draw to be honest but Max definitely deserved the win.

Only 21 year old as well. Looking forward to seeing his debut.

Imagine if someone went into the UFC wearing Kickboxing pants nowadays, or even worse Boxing boots and Gloves - Apparently you weren't allowed to kick if you chose to wear boots? Makes sense but why would you even choose to wear then :D
Many wore wrestling boots for grip on the mats, that wasn't even earliest days either, him with 1 boxing glove was mint 😂
