so we made an £8m loss on two players (one who we will later sell for a smaller fee but will reduce the loss- Graham, and the other who has potential to be a decent squad player and we can use, or again sell and make a smaller loss).... but made a £7m profit on one player in MigLet me spell it out for you and the other thicko's.
That's 9m spent, and maybe 1m back for loan fees, clever dick.
As ever, the SMB is never short of gob shites.
Why have an opinion of your own, when you can use someone else's....
Time for the mods to ban this prick
for what like?,is it not a fact?,go and whinge somewhere else you mug.all this mod shit is beyond a joke now its only an opinion ffs get a grip you fanny![]()
we are also using the money we save on wages to strengthen our team.... we have already brought in Graham's replacement in Altidore and the young lads already seem up to scratch (with more time could be good little prospects for us)by giving them a player that they wanted for buttons. if they had to buy him thats different but now they have that money to strengthen their team further,as i said bizarre.

probably suggests that you are acutally basing it on some facts or that its informed opinion, non of which apply to you.

I've got a pair of shoes that someone else bought for me (but I had to pay for) but they hurt my feet and make me limp. Someone else thinks they will fit them and likes the look of them. But it would be petulant of me to let him have them, even though he's prepared to reimburse me for them. I could replace them with some made from better (Italian) leather, but I think I will continue to limp along.
Does that about sum it up, OP?
You could have got Billy Knott perhaps, if he'd been Reddy (or Knott)......
Rattled marra?
find it utterly pathetic that one persons opinion could cause such outrage. i made a valid point i challenge anybody to find an example where such a loan deal has occurred in the history of premier league football but rather than people do that they throw a torrent of abuse and dodge what clearly is a strange decision.
Rattled then?

Your criteria for a loan was - must be £5m, must have finished 4th bottom and must be loaning to a Premiership team who have just been promoted.
It's not a strange decision, it's an obvious one. What would you rather? We tried to sell him, but can't as he's on astronomical wages so he sits on the bench earning his £40k+ per week whilst being our 3rd or 4th choice?
Surely makes sense to get some or all of his wages off the books, plus a likely loan fee which in turn allows us to sign better players.
I'm willing to give you the benefit of doubt and say that you're not a WUM however after this it's obvious that you are a very poor WUM.
it isnt strange
as many have said it reduces our wage bill, and no matter how little there would certainly have been a fee included in the loan deals.... as well as the probability of Hull making the Graham move permanent if he does well there
it is a sensible set of loan deals, it also allows more transfers to be made from our end to bulk up the 25 man squad without worrying about including plodders like DG
Just about the only thread that Moose's contribution could improve. Still total shite, like.
