Let me spell it out for you and the other thicko's.

That's 9m spent, and maybe 1m back for loan fees, clever dick.

As ever, the SMB is never short of gob shites.

Why have an opinion of your own, when you can use someone else's....

fuckwit

Before replying to the op next time he posts this pointless drivel, its worth bearing in mind that hes got a shit pony tail for a haircut.

Daft wanker. You've no idea who you are replying to.

My point/s are valid. Being an apologist won't work with me.

Bad news for the people who buy property and rent it out. Wonder if they know that the way it works is that you lose everything the second the first rent is received. Cheers mate. Real eye-opener.

yup cos once we get them back their value becomes worthless ;)

TBF though, we haven't spent 9 mil. The fees will be spread over a few year, which is common practice. Admittedly, we do have to pay that, just it hasn't come out of the club's coffers yet. And by the time it does, we'd have sold the both of them on. And as for the 1 mil loan fee, how do you know that's what we received?

Bloody ridiculous of the club to sanction either of those deals i.e. Graham and Alfred.

We can't be spending that sort of money, then deciding to fuck them off 6 months later. I don't give a shit who the manager is, it's very, very poor business.

"oh, oh we save money on wages" I hear you cry. Why f***ing sign them then?

MON signings being given the cold shoulder, it's nothing more than that. Petulance in the extreme.

On the glue again?

Can't be arsed reading the thread.

Has somebody bothered to point out to the op that we've changed manager since January, not to mention the whole 'Udinese model' only began this summer?

So have you addressed the points already gards or just thrown a few insults about?

Graham was a mental signing. DiCanio doesn't rate him but we are stuck with him. No-one else would pay Danny Graham 40k per week and a 5 million fee but getting his 2 million (yes 2 million) per year wages off the bill for a year is a start and is at least 2 million off the 13 million we had committed to signing him.

he wouldn't get many games here - if by some chance he does well at Hull and they stay up perhaps they could then afford him. Getting him off the wage bill makes sense and it may well free up a wage for another player.

Ah...you refer to the "Martosaurus" model then ?

are they paying all his wages?.

Easy touch and no ambition beyond survival. Now, at last we have a genuinely ambitious manager who will not take the nonsense from players that his predecessors did. In addition he is prepared to roll up his sleeves and work like fury to make it all happen.

We should be thanking our stars we got him, and praising Ellis for making a carefully thought out decision after taking good advice. He resisted the temptation of hiring some hack from the Curbishley/Hughes etc stable.

If that means clearing up MON's mess and taking a short term financial hit (although I don't think it will be) then so be it.

This season is going to be GREAT.
It could be one extreme to the other though with neither working. Mind I agree with the sentiment of the post snd hopefully it is great.

I would think so. They are a premiership club playing in the richest league in the world and they are only being asked to commit to a small loan fee and 2 million quid for a year for their centre forward.

did we pay all of manganes wasnt he on 60-70k a week?.
