Bloody ridiculous of the club to sanction either of those deals i.e. Graham and Alfred.

We can't be spending that sort of money, then deciding to fuck them off 6 months later. I don't give a shit who the manager is, it's very, very poor business.

"oh, oh we save money on wages" I hear you cry. Why f***ing sign them then?

MON signings being given the cold shoulder, it's nothing more than that. Petulance in the extreme.

The poor business was signing them in the first place...

So instead we should just keep the players the manager doesn't want? Both will be sold next summer no doubt and we have a chance to bring in players we actually want. I don't see the problem personally.

Also, I believe it is 'the Newcastle model' now. They invented scouting and stuff.

Danny f***ing Graham getting move on is "petulance in the extreme"! Not enough  to do this justice.

swings and roundabouts..we made 16m profit on henderson and a similar profit off bent..plus a huge huge return off mig so stop worrying

Canny bait. All above is bollocks tho.

MoN what's shooting with shit for signing graham.

De Fanti has already alluded that keeping players on the bench or in the stands on good money cannot happen.

Graham and Alf don't fit with PDC's new system. He has one, he's talked constantly in finding players that will fit it i.e giach.

We've been offered loan fees and wages covered.

I honestly don't see what the problem is. Mistakes were made and PDC is fixing them.

So why has AJ played every game since PDC arrival

PDC and Short are keener on making a clean start than salvaging value from O'Neill and Brucie's knackers.

Ehhh ??

More like sound business sense to me. If we can get two class players for the same salary as one, writing off (say) half of the MON purchase price (less the lower sale price of Graham and Alf) against a three year salary saving makes excellent sense to me. Especially bearing in mind that the incomers will have an eventual resale value as well which may well be more than their cost.

Not to mention the loan fees probably covered, or at least came close to, the initial outlay on the both of them.

Unfortunately we can't afford to be paying £35k a week to players who are back up and not playing.

N'diaye and graham were probably on about £70k a week together. Them plus bardsley will earn over £5m in wages just for next season. That money is saved on squad players.

Plus we'd receive loan fees
