Yep,she gets up with the boy who leaves at 5:55 to make his breakfast and coffee .I get up about 6:15 to my tea,vitamins ,COD liver oils and shreddies
Makes me a second cup to jump on the lavy with about 6:45am

Im on the balcony again looking out over the sea for 10mins before I go to work .The frigate is just leaving the port now .unbelievable the coast this morning ,what a feeling waking up on a morning to it .

Edit ;those rolls Royce engines are really spooling now .If my calculations are correct it seems to be heading towards “German Bight”
