He played for CLS CC when my lad was there. Cracking player. Massively big hitter and a really good bowler. I have to say mind I had no idea that he was this good.

I have my differences with CLS CC. I dont like the club, particularly I dont like its "up its own arse, who you are not how good you are" culture. However they have an eye for talent and know the good players. Its probably a bit of a role model to SAFC of how to scout good players.

Give me a million pounds and I wouldnt take the bairn back there mind you. Horrible atmosphere around the place.

Agreed mate my lad became dissolutioned with cricket due to the clubs selection policy for the u18s hasn't played since. Great shame as he used to adore the game.
