Twins and the clocks going back.

Here’s a question for you.

A mother gives birth to twins. One is born at 0150 in the morning and the clocks go back at 0200. The second one is born at 0110. Technically twin 2 is elder as the recorded time of birth is 0110.

If operating under Primogeniture, would twin 2 be top of the inheritance pile or twin 1?

We had twins in July. The midwifes told us this situation has happened before, yes.

Twins are literally delivered as "twin 1" and "twin 2" though, so its very clear which was born first.
