That will be me. I must confess I have little knowledge of the industry but as it’s a big shed that is under-utilised then why could it not? Clearly the huge factor is the cost to refurbish it and the owners wanting to do it.

I hope they retain the sandwich shop exterior for authenticity

Just sat and watched that and I'm pleased people with a bit of hope and foresight can bring these old buildings back into use - there are a few car garages round that way and it will be them dumping the tires and the oil drums.
