Same here used to get a fair pit pain in my knees off old football injuries, Turmeric tablets have definitely helped, think it took around 6 weeks from starting to take them before I noticed any difference so stick with them.I've been taking turmeric tablets for around a year now, it's got several benefits and would recommend them.
I use curcumin which I believe is the reason people take turmeric, to get the anti inflammatory properties of the curcumin in it.With black pepper tablets, meant to be very good for inflammation, muscle recovery. Anyone used this, recommend?
Have you come across this @Titus please?
Thank you @Titus , value your input as ever! The research shows some positive, albeit pretty mild, benefits. I haven't looked at it in great detail though, I just remember seeing a few bits on curcumin whilst doing other research.
