Turmeric



With black pepper tablets, meant to be very good for inflammation, muscle recovery. Anyone used this, recommend?
I just chuck some tumneric over one of my meals or in a smoothie a day, think half a teaspoon the recommendation I have read.

 
I've been taking turmeric tablets for around a year now, it's got several benefits and would recommend them.
Same here used to get a fair pit pain in my knees off old football injuries, Turmeric tablets have definitely helped, think it took around 6 weeks from starting to take them before I noticed any difference so stick with them.
Have read nothing but good things about them for general good health and wellbeing

I use curcumin which I believe is the reason people take turmeric, to get the anti inflammatory properties of the curcumin in it.
Normally buy from Amazon or British supplements which are an excellent company.
