If the inevitable happens bring in Harry Redknapp

to be honest I don't think it matters who they bring in if he goes..unless he can conjure up 4 defenders out of thin air..they are still fucked
Just watched their highlights on Goals on Sunday . Taylor had involvement in all of Bournemouth goals to an extent . Apparently they had to switch the jinja to lb. Did you see him give the ball away for the 4rd and give up . Shelvey must have been fuming with the little scroat rat .

This + strikers who can score. They have a decent midfield but nothing more. They may replace him with a Remy Garde type that had no impact whatsoever. I'm just praying he's in charge for the derby then they can sack him afterwards as it would mean we've humped the misery on em again and any survival hopes in tatters

I honestly don't think they'll sack him, yet

Me neither - I'm struggling to see who they would fetch in tbh, Moyes seems to be the name in the frame but I'm not sure he would want the job at this point in time. Pearson maybe or Sherwood? Are they still sweet on Remi Garde, he could be available soon.

The ex pro on The Season Ticket last night think it was Jack Collinson seemed to think they would stick with him, not that he would know anything but it shows the way an ex pro is thinking rather than just some dafties on a message board.

They won't sack him!! They can't!! What would the club stand to gain from sacking Steve McClaren? They are all but down any way surely with their list of fixtures. A new manager now won't have the time to turn things around now IMHO given how much he would have to lift the team given where the team are in terms of confidence and ability lefel, the time it will take for the managers methodology to sink in and of course who they face. I would say 4-5 of their run in are against tough sides starting with Leicester City and then us which I hope won't be an easy game for them. The next three (Norwich, Southampton and Swansea) are really the first three games they have a chance of taking points from. Then it is Liverpool which they won't win. After that Crystal Palace which could for me go either way. And Aston Villa is the only other game they have any chance of getting points from. Those 4 games are their must-win games because they end with Tottenham.

Bong eye reckons they won't sack him unless they have a replacement and at the moment he doesn't think there is a replacement.
For the purpose of this story I'm willing to believe Bong eye is the most insightful, articulate journalist in the world who has a hotline to Mike Ashley
He's probably right, they tried to peddle carver but Mcclaren wouldn't take over so stuck it out.
