Tuftys future to be decided today

I think option one is to keep him, option two is a caretaker, option three would be an Arse like Kinnear.

Hope he stays until the Derby. Another defeat may sway things though.

No decent manager will want to touch that place with a bargepole hopefully.

Some mag on radio last night who sounded like grant leadbitter on lsd said 'wa need keegan back now'. Un f***ing believable!! How many times does he have to tell them to fuck off before they realise he's a clueless coward!!

Bringing Keegan back and then still getting relegated whilst losing to us would be what dreams are made of!!

Would Redknapp do it til end of season ?
It will be on basis of a million pound bonus IF whoever takes it on.

If they get rid of him ... how fast could they replace him? Like has been said above, it would take some selling on behalf of MA to convince anyone to even think about taking the job. True enough he has until the 20th before the derby, but a new manager should take longer than that to put an effective stamp on the team.

So, the way I see it, it would be Wally in charge for the derby, but if they loose that then he's gone, 7-up would be too much for the unwashed to bear, especially as it would really pile the pressure on them for relegation.

Offer Rafa, Moyes or Pearson a bumper bonus to keep us up. It's a no lose really.
If, as looks likely, we go down then the damage was already done. Survive they get a huge bung and can stay or go. Either way reputation or wallet enhanced.
I think he will be gone before Tuesday.

Would f***ing love it, LOVE IT, if they got King kev back like, the clueless, gravy-dribbling kernts.

Will have to be someone who will be happy to take a short term appointment in my opinion, Felix Magath or someone.

I suppose we've a buffer of gd and a point now which we'd have dreamed of a couple of months back.

Whatever the mags/norwich acheive now we can probably afford to earn a point less.

Big difference at this stage.

Not sure about that. Any out of work manager, with a sufficiently large incentive, may fancy.
Like i said they can then stay or not.
Not many opportunities between now and end of season for managers.

Any decent manager is risking their reputation being bladdered going there at this stage of season in their situation. No way would Rodgers take that. I doubt moyes would either. Redknapp i can see but i think he would fail

Can't see any of the high profile ones risking it, why take the risk ? Moyes will get a job in the summer regardless. Could be something left field like we did with PDC, sacking tufty will give the whole place a lift regardless of who replaces him
