    Surely those payments are minuscule in comparison to the losses and inconvenience they’ve caused.

    Online banking for my credit card still doesn’t work, the fix is re writing back to paper statements!
     
  3. So glad I left the tsb 3 years ago, now with the Halifax and have had no bother :cool:. I can't imagine how shit this is for everyone currently, it sounds like an absolute nightmare and I hope the IT problems are rectified soon folks xx

    Minded to switch, got my personal account with TSB and might move it all to them.

    I completed the online complaint re one of my business accounts together with a compensation claim, received the automated response and nothing else so far. The bank has supposedly engaged with Deloitte to manage the system of redress.
