Crime Junkie had to remove a lot of episodes due to accusations of plagiarism and basically pinching other podcasts and quoting them verbatim.
He was crowd funding for a lass who had been trafficked for sex and who had (learning disabilities like I say if true) then he posted a video of her in a school uniform dancing for him and simulating sex the freak.

To be honest, I started out burning through the Crime Junkie podcast due to how much I travel. I got burnt out in recent months though & haven’t listened in a while. I will say that I have heard them “steal” from other podcasts, so that doesn’t surprise me in the least.
I didn’t think their voices where bad, to be honest. Then again, I’m an American, so I’m probably used to “that deep croaky voice thing”
A bit unfair that you brits can make anything sound a bit more intellectual due to that accent. That’s a different topic though

I have to say I never hear that voice effect in us British women. I listen to They Walk Among Us which is a British podcast about British crime. And the bloke doing it has a peculiar way of phrasing things at times. You could try True Crime Enthusiast, another Brit, his accent sounds a bit Mancunian (Manchester) and is really irritating at times. That will show you not all British accents sound intellectual!

So what happens is he comes on in his creepy way and starts telling everyone how the lass who is sitting with them had been trafficked into the sex business through a drink and drugs addiction, the lass then proceeds to tell her story about how it happened (very sad story) but Shaun then tells us since that she has autism and is very vulnerable (which is obvious) and he’s using his platform to set up a go fund me page to help the lass back on her feet (a deposit for flat, clothing etc etc) At this point I thought this is different, I’ve actually watched a lot of these interviews but he’s the first that is seemingly making a difference and I thought good on ya shaun, I don’t like him but I did really give him credit. Then a few days later my mate tells me all about the videos and and photos he posted on the porn website of the same lass in his flat doing what she did. Disgusting mate imo.

Listen mate. He said she was vulnerable and autistic and also had a drink and drugs problem they were his words (no one else’s) If you think having sex with her then filming her masturbating in your house and posting it on a porno site is acceptable from someone who is supposed to be protecting her is okay it says a lot about you. As far as the go fund me page goes I’m not sure. He did her no favours.
Rubbish. In his own statement to YouTube he categorically states he now gives talks to schoolchildren and other groups about the negative consequences of drugs and crime, he gets paid to do it. His whole persona is based around this. Like I’ve said if you think it’s okay to behave the way he did crack on. I hope you never come into contact with a vulnerable lass with autism. Goodbye.
