I can't remember individual ones he missed, just he missed a canny few. And like I said he actually packed in taking them. I even think he reluctantly took one after packing them in only to miss that one too then he didn't take another. Or I've completely made that up.
It's on the interweb now so I believe you:lol:

I actually heard a different version but along the same lines.

Arsenal approached Leicester for Vardy in January but didn't want to sell because we had Title/CL aspirations but Vardy wanted to go.

A few weeks later Vardy signed an improved contract but with a minimum fee release clause in it to appease Vardy.

I can't see Leicester wanting to sell Vardy in January for £15m when little over a month before he'd just beat the Van Nistlerooy record of scoring in 11 consecutive games. A £10m offer would have been a downright insult.

:lol::lol::lol::lol:

The more the better. I want Leicester to waste all their dosh on an average striker and go down

You should be more worried about Watford having £30m as they're nearer your level. Leicester will earn more than twice what Sunderland do this season.

I don't worry about anything other than ourselves. Don't get too ahead of yourself darling.

Well there's a contradiction, you just said this the previous post.

A consequence of the new TV deal, inflated prices. Sam said it at the end of the season after Everton, we've got lots of money, but so does every other team. I trust us for the first time in years to recruit smartly, not paying 25 million pounds (think of that amount of money outside of football, f***ing hell) for Troy Deeney.

The mags don't get lots of money to be fair :)

It's sad really, but it's the going rate

Absolutely average players going for £20mln plus and £100k a week

And all because people buy season tickets and pay for Sky and BT (and the foreign market obviously)

Working mans game my f***ing arse
Nothing to do with Season Cards mate, the same silly prices would be paid because of TV money. Blame John Baird ;)

Do you seriously think we would be on a Leicester forum if SAFC were the champions of England?.
Not a good comparison bc their forum is dull.

I have a theory that if everyone took an IQ test on here the ones who thought I was a Mag would score about 20pts lower than the ones who thought I was Leicester.

Absolutely no evidence whatsoever apart from throwing in the odd "like" at the end of a sentence and "marra" to wind the simpletons up and it works as this is now evidence. If you read my posts I always construct them in good English and don't speak in slang.

Anyone who has read my posts will observe I know things about Leicester City that people on here generally wouldn't like obscure players that have played for us like this Sunderland lad as an example who I daresay no one on here remembers.

You can end the mag accusations by naming the civic leader in the behind the scenes struggle v York for King Richard's remains. :)

No idea without googling.

It's only the hard of thinking and the sheep who believe it anyway.

disagree 2 maybe 3 million tops?

Deeney is a very good player and very underrated on here, he's a very good No 10 and Watford fans will tell you he's there best player. He would suit Leicester very well.

£32m is absolutely ridiculous though, at that price you can buy almost anybody in the world apart from the very best.

I'd like him at Leicester but wouldn't want to spend much more than £15m
