I saw a documentary about it about a year ago, they go away for a "spa break", have a consultation with the surgeon on the 1st day, surgery the 2nd day then spend the rest of the time recuperating & getting massages etc

It appears us blokes are getting more discerning and therefore the bints have decided bigger lips are the answer to getting more "action" or satisfying their innate need to breed.
