Has cosmetic surgery suddenly become more affordable recently? I've noticed a surge in young lasses with motionless, expressionless faces, shaped noses and massive lips. All look like terrible jobs and I'm sure can't have enhanced how the lass looked before.

I saw a documentary about it about a year ago, they go away for a "spa break", have a consultation with the surgeon on the 1st day, surgery the 2nd day then spend the rest of the time recuperating & getting massages etc
