Anyone know the rules when it comes to taking equipment on a plane (British Airways)?

I'm looking at getting some Elinchrom Quadra's or Godox AD600s but I'm not sure if I'd be able to take them onboard due to them having lithium batteries.

I'll be taking them as hand luggage if that makes a difference. Anyone know?
 


I've travelled hundreds of times (BA, KLM, AF, United) with equipment that has lithium batteries, in my hand luggage.

You should have no problem whatsoever. As long as physical size isn't an issue, but even then, they'll just check the bag and won't ask any questions.
