Yeah I understand the whole you can spot reduce fat, should of been more clear really just looking if theres any exercises that might quicken it up or anything or is it just stick with the same stuff and eventually they will disappear

From what I've read / listened to, the best approach is to keep mixing up your cardio / HIIT / Circuit training every few weeks along side your regular strength training, so that your body doesnt adapt to the energy expenditure. Some people will argue that you wont need to, but its probably just best to keep tracking, if you plateau, change it up.

Of course the main thing though is to find things that you enjoy doing, as they will be the things you stick at in the long run.
