I'll just leave it for another month.

I'm not drinking this month either. so if I don't lose weight this month I'm giving up and going back to being a proper fatty

Keep it going man daft lad! Give it 2 weeks of tracking your calorie intake and you will find that it isn't as hard as you think, make sure you're hitting fat and protein targets (see Titus' cutting thread), and I guarantee you will see results in the mirror.

AND I haven't been havong my cup of tea on a morning because of the sugar I have in it.

Been trying to limit my sugar intake because of the fruit I eat.

You could try having tea without sugar. I lost 5 stone when I was 20, and that was the last time I had it. Didn't think I'd managed but it turns out I prefer it unsweetened!
 
Not hoying any photos up but have lost a stone since Xmas. Mainly watching calories, doing a bit running and cutting down on the beer. Can feel the difference but still a long way to go.
Had one big weekend away with the lads in that time as well but that was balanced by getting burgled last week and the stress put me off food for a couple of days!

Before and After.

Both look the same to me to be honest. Noticing abs are more visible and I'm a bit more lean, in real life, but don't think the pictures show that. Haven't done much cardio though to be honest, that's going to be my next 2 and a half months in training for a marathon.
 
Thought I would update this, just after 2 months now so though posting this would give me a bit more motivation to finish the job as i can see some progress i have made.

Happy with it so far to be honest, weight is down from 15st 10lb to around the 14st 9lb mark which i'm happy with aswell.

I'm doing a mixture of weight training and then some decent cardio sessions and mainly eating better thats one thing i have really stepped up is the eating cutting out pointless shite mainly

Diet has been the main thing. Increased protein intake as I was previously only getting around 40g per day. Cut out 90% of the processed food I used to eat. A lot of will power anarl, but that becomes habit!

Also started lifting weights, compound lifts although not as much as I'd hoped to.
 
So with about 3 weeks left I thought i Would update people on my progress, Big thanks for this challenge I don't care about the result of it but it has gave me motivation to lose weight it's like an invisible personal trainer! so massive thanks to everyone involved and has helped me with advice and what not.

Class that mate, great effort.

Keep doing what you're doing, (others who know me may correct me if I'm wrong, but) you cant pick & chose where you lose the fat from.

Yeah I understand the whole you can spot reduce fat, should of been more clear really just looking if theres any exercises that might quicken it up or anything or is it just stick with the same stuff and eventually they will disappear
