training with a cold?

It may be a sign that you're overtrained if you've been really hammering yourself, although the fact you're still asking if you should train indicates otherwise.

I'd say consider don't bother, because it would really piss me off if I caught a cold from some knob that decided to train when he was bad :lol:

Think it depends on how bad the cold is. Definitely shouldn't exercise with flu though as it can get into your heart and cause serious problems.
