You gotta be ... but the again so you visit London for the landmarks, or do you find a pub to sit in between 3 and 5Booked mine about two weeks ago...worse case scenario a day out in London.....but ever hopeful
Up to four kids under 11 free per paying adult. I got on after Charlton within 30 mins with no scrambling. They are frequent. Not sure on prices. But I capped at £11 for a day recently including a trip to Uxbridge from central London. The absolute maximum is £17ish and takes a lot of use.anyone know what Tubes prices are like for both Adults/Kids, and the easiest way to get from LKX to Wembley and back (we would loads of time before KO and upto 2 hours after, if it went to Penalties, obvs more if it ended on 90mins!) - is 2hours enough time to fight off the masses walking down Olympic Way and onto the Tube at Wembley Park, when we'll have a child with us, alongside a 70 year old who struggles to work more than 100 metres at a time without needing a wee rest.
Cheer mate, Bairn is 12, and i cant be fooked with Oyster cards so guessing she'll now be classed as an Adult, right?Up to four kids under 11 free per paying adult. If we are there I'll be at Wembley....if not me and my lads will just treat it as a day out in the big city....no desire to watch the final if we don't make itYou gotta be ... but the again so you visit London for the landmarks, or do you find a pub to sit in between 3 and 5
You don't need oyster. Use contactless bank card and as long as you check in and out at each stop your usage gets capped for the day.Cheer mate, Bairn is 12, and i cant be fooked with Oyster cards so guessing she'll now be classed as an Adult, right?

lol2 days in London??
2nd Mortgage and a stab vest essential.
Not sure if adult or of there is a younger one. You can use a credit or debit card instead of an oyster it works the same.Cheer mate, Bairn is 12, and i cant be fooked with Oyster cards so guessing she'll now be classed as an Adult, right?
I thought it charged you the full adult fare, even if she's under 15 - if it saves farting about, I dont mind tbhNot sure if adult or of there is a younger one. You can use a credit or debit card instead of an oyster it works the same.
Maybe. The nipper is ten so never thought about it. If you have two cards you can use then it will work the same as two Oyster cards. I don't think they check really. She is the height of a 13 year old and just walked through with me.I thought it charged you the full adult fare, even if she's under 15 - if it saves farting about, I dont mind tbh
Kings Cross is very smart these days, if you not been recently. Certainly a lot more to it than Millers and, the sadly passed, Flying Scotsman. I would be more inclined, if staying at KX, to head to Holborn first then KX for the twilight shift.lol
Camden Friday, wembley then kings cross area saturday, canny weekend
5 of our group are going no matter what fri-tueIf we unfortunately don't make the final, how many fellow mackems are going to be wandering around London with their other half looking extremely disappointed to be there?
I know I will certainly be one![]()

There are some good bars up there. The Rocket and Masie’s are decent.Stayed there for the last few Wembley trips, aye we normally start at millers then head up to the pubs up beside Euston station, some canny bars around there
O'neills isn't bad. 5 mins from Kings Cross, St Pancreas and Euston.Anyone think (if we get there), the Weatherspoons outside St Pancras will be full early doors? 5 of us coming from 3 different places, hoping to meet at LKX so looking at options for breaky?
Any of the regular travellers to London, or those based in/around the area, recommend somewhere for Breaky on the Saturday AM? We should, if things go to plan, all arrive around 900-930
