Tradesmen recommendations

Can anyone recommend anyone in particular for the following in the Sunderland/Wearside area:

Builders, people who install fireplaces, good carpet/flooring people, people who do garden fences. Oh and someone that does bathroom suites. Ta.

Doesn’t necessarily have to be Wearside-based tradesmen, just thought they would find it easier to nip out to our place (Seaham).

The two lads who fitted my sitting room carpet were absolutely spot on. Fitting was part of the price from Martin Telfer carpets at the Barnes.

Hi brother Billy is an excellent solid wood floor gutter too.

Also, most carpet / flooring places have their recommended fitters that you pay once the job is complete so generally best to just do it that way.
