Tradesmen need titles now apparently



Nearly 17k apprenticeships posted on the UK give website this year;

Some not traditional apprenticeships but others not too bad. The one for Costain on HS2 isn’t too bad for a new starter.
Second one on the list apprentice KFC manager, looks like serving burgers is very much in the scope @JAZZMANB
Thing is if they want a bigger take up stop drilling it in that uni or full time further education is the be all and end all

Management is different to burger flipping ,at least it is if you have some people to manage .You can be a good manager without ever doing the job yourself
 
But seriously how do those kids get them pictures in the froth on the top of my coffee? It's bloody clever It must take years of training. Them that do it deserve a proper title in recognition. On the other hand there is no point to it though so it's a bit of a superfluous skill.
 
I wouldn’t mind them being a master craftsperson if that’s what they are but a level 3 in shop serving doesn’t really propel you to master status.
