Only Queen album that sold in vast quantities was the 2 greatest hits which looks like the list excludes greatest hits (and film soundtracks). Dont think ELO or Stones had any mega selling albums either

It’s billed as if it’s worldwide, must be UK only though - be a lot more American MOR stuff if it’s global sales surely..

This. It's definitely not a global list. Sgt Pepper has sold 30m copies worldwide, whereas AC/DC's Back In Black has sold over 50m copies but doesn't make the list.
