Top 3 Simon & Garfunkel ?

There are so many brilliant lyrics in their songs. Not easy to narrow it down to a top three, the list keeps changing every time I think about it, but the lines I think are the most evocative and wonderful are from ‘Mrs Robinson’:

‘Where have you gone, Joe DiMaggio?
Our nation turns its lonely eyes to you’
He puts a lot of effort into his lyrics which sometimes isn’t acknowledged as it seems so effortless. Mind you it’s acknowledged in sales n money. Every S&G album sold more than the Stones biggest selling album and Mick n Keef live well on spliting the songwriting royalties plus there were five in the Stones whereas.......
Jonathan King it was! Perry twat.
Pervy ffs.

At first I put Me and Julio instead of TOLBINY then realised it was Paul Simon solo. Tough to choose though, so many brilliant songs. Probably be a different set tomorrow!
Late in the evening is also a Paul solo song.

I know it will go down like a lead balloon but Elvis' version of BOTW is class, he loved it and gives it proper welly!

Absolutely love Simon and Garfunkel. Timeless. Just on another level.
