A week ago there were 7 teams competing for 3 remaining play off places and I unexpected us to be sitting in 7th place by now.

It’s now 3 from 5 teams so the picture looks better for us. But we still need 5 more wins.

Going to be difficult considering we still have to play Rotherham, Lincoln, Oxford, Fulham and Plymouth all away from home.
We have no chance v Fulham like.
Still waiting for the Wigan and Rotherham collapse I was assured would happen on here a couple of months ago.
They have no chance of keeping this up all season especially cos of their good cup runs tiring them out

They got a point though. As did every team in and around us (at least). Game in hand as well. Truly deflating.

Mind, we all know we are not going up so probably best not to worry.
Wednesday didnt win though when most expected them to..especially after going 1up after 66 mins. The biggest disappointment was Plymouth winning as we could have done with them just getting a draw.
credit to the Pilgrims, they are hanging in there when most of us expected them to fall away.
Wycombe was a sickener to win yetagain in injury time….butin truth they were expected to win….that said i dont see them with enough quality to make the playoffs

Won’t be anywhere near that difficult - Rotherham at home, Lincoln have one of the worst home records and I doubt we will play Fulham before 2024.

Apart from that I congratulate you being spot on about the rest.

Lincoln (A)
Gillingham (H)
Shrewsbury (H)
Cambridge (H)
Morecambe (A)

There's simply no excuse for not taking at the very least 12 points from those and truth be told anything less than 5 wins would be disappointing.

Rotherham (H), Oxford (A), Plymouth (A) are the other 3 remaining games.

We really should be looking at 80+ points considering we are currently on 66.

I stopped looking after checking the previous 20 seasons, but no team has missed out on the playoffs in L1 with 80 points for at least 20 years.

So that means nil points from Fulham :(

Good summary of where we are at. 80 Pts. shouldn’t be beyond us and if it is, shouldn’t expect to go up anyway from here.
