Personally I'm taking it with a pinch of salt till I hear it from the horses mouth, marra!
I recently read about them. They’re loadedHere's a question for you. How much do you think Barnsley's owners are worth?
Would be nice to get some proper sleep instead of coming on here at all hours just to see the latest updatesHaway the takeover. I need to spend more time doing work at work instead of keep checking the news on here
Can you expand on ‘people’?According to people at the AOL last night it’s still on..

NoCan you expand on ‘people’?
Senior staff/receptionists/random dog walkers?
Not sure where you’re going with thisAye but they're not spending it.
There was some meeting of local business people at the AOL last night. Methven was there and told one of the people present (who is a friend of a member here) takeover is still on.Can you expand on ‘people’?

It’s alright, @DH4 is on hand.
A lot of our fans think that getting these American investors on board means money will be no object. It doesn't always work out like that.
Pretty sure it's off. I've never seen a successful takeover drag out like this... There's obviously something investors aren't happy with when they get access to the books, given thats been two deals that have now fell through.
Manager wise, out of our choices it's got to be Stendle, plays decent football and why is Ainsworth even seen as a good option? One good 1/3 of a season and he's suddenly a top manager in the EFL?
I'd love be to see Roy Keane back, but truth be told I think he'd struggle given we're relying on free agents and loans at present.
