The Titanic is in 12500ft of water.

The Mary Rose took two hours to break the surface. If the Titanic came up at the same rate it would take twenty days non stop just to bring it up to the surface.

Can we not 3D print some sort of graphene balloon around it and fill it with helium. Not only raising the Titanic but also providing an opportunity for comedy voice changing.

Didn't the Olympic have one different shaped port hole due to slight difference in length and therefore potentially identified from Titanic.
