i don't trust the refs these days as they miss too much, if an opposition raises his hands to one of our players i want our player to hit the deck so the ref doesn't miss it, sends the opposition player off and we get the adavantage we deserve. Its not cheating. its only cheating when they hit the deck like the Norwich player a few month ago when he clashed with Joey Barton when there's been no contact.

So where does it stop? Is Suarez a cheat? He rarely goes down with no contact but the brush of a sock from another player he acts as if he has been shot,

I doubt you will defend him for bringing the contact to the refs attention when he inevitably does it against your lot

Sorry if SEB...
A day after the match and I'm still seething over Tiote's theatricals. Even more annoyed at the way the press and TV ( Look North tonight) stating that he 'maybe did make a little bit of a meal of it'. Why can't they be upfront and out these cheats that are a disgrace to football.
If a mate of mine had gone down like that, he'd be a fkn laughing stock.
Shocking behaviour from a so called professional that is almost laughed off by pundits and fellow professional footballers.

Getting things off :evil::evil::evil:my chest! or am I making a little meal of it?

Maybe you should be more worried about what your player did, not ours.

His petulant swing has cost you the win you all so dearly craved and might well cost you your impressive cup run because now, without your all of a sudden world class midfielder and your superstar attacker, your looking a little weak for the Everton match.

Suarez is a tricky one, i think he is a serial diver so would say he's a cheat!

the ref can't book a player for thinking a player might not be in agony after being hit in the face!

Shouldve gone to specsavers.

Sess hit him in the chest. And if your so called 'rock' gets floored by the wee man then just shows what a wimp he really is. However reality is

a) Sess raised his hands infront of ref and got deserved red card, He was being kicked up a height all game but still

b) Darth is so thick, it took him 3 secs to make up his mind to fall to the floor clutching his face of which there was no contact with

c) Adding all Darths fouls together, even being lenient in some decisions he could have been send off at least twice

If M Deans decision had been based on Tiotes reaction, which is what his slow mind was trying to convey, then its simulation. As was ref saw the event and tiote just looks like a twat.

However FA should have some retrospective punishment allowed for all cheats of this nature. The ref may not have sent off Sess cos of Darths reaction but, the cheating twat did it all the same. Punishment = less of it

I see your point. You looked a little weak for the Brighton match, and you lost that one going out of the FA Cup to Brighton

Vaughan in for Catts, Campbell in for Sess. I reckon that's alright.

are any Newcastle players suspended for your FA Cup quarter final game? Not having a go, just curious.

Nice one, you've made it to the FA Cup 1/4 final, that's an achievement now is it? Small club mentality.

How about, you've got a good chance of getting knocked out, you've got a good chance of finishing in the bottom half of the league and we'll be back in Europe again.

Which is also what you crave. Your dying to play in Europe, we've done it, the Smoggies have even done it (quite well too), yet despite thinking your the top team in the North East, your nowhere near close to doing it.

Just saying.

They went out to Brighton mate. They're not in the cup anymore becuase they went out to Brighton.

Nah mate, you've got that wrong. A team with such a special relationship with the FA Cup wouldn't go out to a team in a lower division.

Seriously, who have they got in the quarter final?

Flip it round and there's 30 mins left at Goodison and Cahill clashes with Gardner and pokes him the eye, not a big smack but deserves a red, gardner instead of going down argues back. Ref comes over and pulls them apart and gives them both yellows.
ten mins later Cahill who wouldn't have been on the pitch scores the winner?? Sunderland fans would be going mental with Gardner for not going down and getting Cahill sent off.

where on this board have sunderland fans "gone mental" about McClean not dropping to the floor as though Bruce Lee had Karate chopped him in the face and thus getting both Krul and Simpson sent off? We knew we could beat you with 11 men, shame you lot couldn`t beat us with 11 men.

See the thing is, if this was a one off incident people may give you the benefit of the doubt, but I seem to remember another "hard man" doing the same a few months ago in a black and white shirt, Mr Barton. Then there was the incident against Arsenal.

See this is a pattern, you lot are cheats, cowards and con artists, Sunday just showed Concastle for what you really are, a bunch of pink flowered big girls blouses who would find netball too aggressive.

All I`m waiting for now is Zippy putting a bid in for Suarez...

It's an achievement of sorts certainly. I'm going to do my best not to go on about merely being in a competition without winning anything though, that's quite a mag thing to do. I was just calling you out for being stupid enough to try and be snide about our chances in a competition you're not even in because you lost to Brighton.

I'd like us to get to Europe, sure. It's looking on the cards with MON in charge, onwards and upwards. I'm interested to know why you think you'll be in Europe again though?

A reasonable post and yes, your still in it, we aren't. However, the fact is, stupidity of 2 players has scuppered your chances, 2 important players.

no the dishonesty of one of your cheating players has possibly made this task a bit more difficult .

however, I`m sure you will come back to congratulate us when we beat Everton..

Sessegnon forearmed the lads chest. Would you have gone down? Is was hardly anything.

What's more, he went down cluthing his face a second after the incident. The bloke is an arse.

So by that logic your own player, who gestured quite vehemently to the referee that the ball had hit him in the face, when he knew damn well it had hit his arm, is an arse too.

Which was the more blatant cheating?

No I fully agree with that.

Sess should never have given Tiote a chance to roll around on the floor like that and Catts was stupid to mouth off after the game was over.

But it doesn't let Tiote off the hook for trying to get someone sent off by holding a part of his anatomy that wasn't touched. Despite the fact that his head is f***ing enormous Sess still didn't make contact with it.

Moreover his consistent falling over to try and win fouls and his efforts to split people in two suggest that it's part of his game rather than just abit of opportunism.

I can honestly say I'd be embarrassed if any of our players went on like that once, let alone serially. I remember earlier in the season when Laarson dived for a pen at wolves and loads of us actively wanted him to get his come uppance and miss. I have never, not once, in years, come across a mag who has admitted a foul or piece of play acting was wrong at the time though, or expressed embarrassment at it.

This fellow is an excellent example of what I'm talking about by the way. Uncanny the way he turned up there

Never a case of admitting they were wrong. There's always an excuse, always a reason to explain it away as somehow being reasonable.
