Goalkeeper
Sorry if SEB...
A day after the match and I'm still seething over Tiote's theatricals. Even more annoyed at the way the press and TV ( Look North tonight) stating that he 'maybe did make a little bit of a meal of it'. Why can't they be upfront and out these cheats that are a disgrace to football.
If a mate of mine had gone down like that, he'd be a fkn laughing stock.
Shocking behaviour from a so called professional that is almost laughed off by pundits and fellow professional footballers.

Getting things off :evil::evil::evil:my chest! or am I making a little meal of it?

don't understand where all this Tiote is cheat talk is coming from. Going down easy after being hit in the face isn't cheating. Doesn't matter how hard he got hit, sess made contact and he went down.
If Sess had swung his arm and missed and then Tiote hit the deck then yes he'd be a cheat.
In my opinion with the crap standard of refereeing i want players on my team hitting the deck in those situations, it "highlights" the incident to the ref.

Funny thing is there is a Facebook group called 'Tiote makes onions cry' and they jibber on about how 'ard he is

Simulation is a yellow card, simulating being in agony 11 seconds after the slight contact is simulation and therefore cheating.

It was a red card for sess cause you can't swing or raise your arms but tiote is still a cheat..

Aye right, so youre saying rolling around on the ground as if hes been punched full in the face not cheating?

So you'd have been happy for McLean to go down in agony when Krul grabbed him by the scruff of the neck?

Sessegnon forearmed the lads chest. Would you have gone down? Is was hardly anything.

What's more, he went down cluthing his face a second after the incident. The bloke is an arse.

Unfortunately while I agree with what your saying they couldn't do it. How can a ref judge how much pain the player would be in everyone is different. That being said tiote is a soft CN UT and was crying over catermole FFS

Will someone please FFS show me in the LOAF where this mythical statement about 'raising your arms' exists, otherwise stop f***ing perpetuating it?

Krull 'raised his arms' to MacClean and was not sent off.

Simpson and MacClean 'raised their arms' to each other and were not sent off.

More like his chest  point is his delayed reaction - a good couple of seconds before his brain kicked in to tell him to dive to the floor in a theatrical motion like hed been took out by a sniper is the real problem of todays players - embarresing & discredits him & his club . I hpoe to fck none of our players resort to these cheap tactics . Sess was wrong but Tiote should have been given either a yellow card or an oscar

I agree it's not enforceable by the ref

But defending it now sayings he wasn't cheating is just daft when the evidence is so conclusive

Sessengon knows the rules, we all know the rules and he only has himself to blame.

Tiote went on like a tit but we should not waste time blaming him as Sess should not have given him the opportunity.

The correct outcome would have been a red for Sess and a yellow for Darth.

the ref can't book a player for thinking a player might not be in agony after being hit in the face!
Flip it round and there's 30 mins left at Goodison and Cahill clashes with Gardner and pokes him the eye, not a big smack but deserves a red, gardner instead of going down argues back. Ref comes over and pulls them apart and gives them both yellows.
ten mins later Cahill who wouldn't have been on the pitch scores the winner?? Sunderland fans would be going mental with Gardner for not going down and getting Cahill sent off.

You've got eyes like Lee Ryder if you can't see Tiote was play acting.

Really? I think they'd be going mad with the referee for not sending him off. it wouldn't have even crossed my mind that Gardner should have cheated.

The red card offence is 'violent conduct' according to LOAF.

Many say that 'you can't raise your hands' and usually this is true, because 'raising your hand' almost invariably involves hitting or grabbing someone (violent conduct).

Therefore Sess's elbow in the chest was deemed 'violent conduct' by Dean, whilst those two mag fuckpigs pushes on McLean were not....

This.

I would never blame Gardner for being honest but I would blame the red for not doing his job

It was a fair impersonation of John Hurt like. I was half expecting Ripley to come off the bench to hold him down.

i don't trust the refs these days as they miss too much, if an opposition raises his hands to one of our players i want our player to hit the deck so the ref doesn't miss it, sends the opposition player off and we get the adavantage we deserve. Its not cheating. its only cheating when they hit the deck like the Norwich player a few month ago when he clashed with Joey Barton when there's been no contact.

Can't wait til someone does it against your players. You'll applaud them for just bringing a foul to the ref's attention of course, being so objective and fair minded.
