Every managerial appointment they've made has improved us.

People need to wind their necks in and wait and see. 14 points from 12 games is woeful.
Was just going to start a thread on this. Whilst I was in the Mowbray in camp (or at least give him more time) I can’t disagree that the club have got it right on both occasions. Sacked LJ and replaced him with AN despite a lot of calls for Keane and he took us up. When AN left they brought in Mowbray again despite a lot of criticism from fans and he got us into the play offs

Most are willing to see how it pans out. I wasn't mowbrays biggest fan but could see he was delt a poor hand by the club. Huge appointment and January ahead as at a crossroads right now

He came dangerously close at the weekend to saying out loud what most people know already - that our “head coach” doesn’t only get ignored on transfers and squad building, they also get told who should and shouldn’t be getting picked.

Can’t have that, so it’s bye bye Tony. On to the next flak jacket for Speakman and Co to hide behind.

We gotta have someone lined up, we've got what three games in the next week. We simply can't have the chuckle brothers in charge and piss away nine points or we could be looking over our shoulder by the time the new bloke takes charge.

I think they got lucky with Alex Neil. He hadn’t been approached- he said that himself. He applied after he heard Johnson had been sacked. I just hope they’ve got someone decent lined up.

Bang average championship manager.

Just like Mowbray got lucky with the players speakman gave him to work with last season

They've had to sack two managers and both justified :lol:

They got Mowbray a couple of days after Neil left. I'm sure this decision wasn't taken without an idea of who they want in.

14 poi ts form 12 games. Relegation form over nearly a quarter of the season.

Not good enough is it?
Definitely not and it was becoming increasingly apparent things weren’t right behind the scenes.

It will be fascinating to see who they appoint.

There's no way that's true. However it is his job to develop the younger players. So if he's not willing to do that he's not doing his job

His job was to win football matches. At least it should have been.

It’s a professional football club not a f***ing sports crèche.
