The Great MES
Striker
Written by Jimmy McGovern. Anyone see this? Very good as is just about everything SG does (although some of his dialogue was a bit difficult to understand imo). Very gritty realistic view of prison life.

I'll watch anything with Stephen Graham in. More so when he plays his natural roles like this when he's going to go a bit mental.Watched it tonight, thoroughly enjoyed it but I love prison dramas so no surprise there. Very gritty, very gripping - I thought Stephen Graham and Sean Bean played their parts well, they're both decent actors. All I can say is Sean needs to wise up quick because jail is no place for him in his current guise.
Ayewas he the scottish gadgie playing pool ?
Aye, needs to get back to being Sharpe. Sharpe would sort them out.Watched it tonight, thoroughly enjoyed it but I love prison dramas so no surprise there. Yup, I don't hold out much hope for the lad. Saying that, his son knew what his fatha did for a living and the possible ramifications of that the stupid bastard. That was grim as owt, Stephen Graham's son is a gonner mind.
not think was a guess, by getting stuck into him in the cell was proving the prisoner was right. That was grim as owt, Stephen Graham's son is a gonner mind.
