Durham are going the same way as SAFC, introducing an app where all your ticket purchases will be stored, surely they can’t be considering the overwhelming demographic of Durham members?

I’ve downloaded it as well and no sign of my membership on it either. Scanners never work on the cards so god knows what’ll happen with this

All single tickets will be available in your app. If you have memberships or season tickets, you’ll find them in your apple or google wallet.

My interpretation is that the app is only for one off ticket purchases. I reckon they will send out an e mail later with a season ticket downloadable to your phone wallet in the way SAFC did for the SOL

Ah well, can’t explain that. The same e mail does say

To ensure your tickets appear seamlessly, make sure you’re using the same email address on the Durham Ticket App as you do for your account on the Durham website.

Maybe,but I’ve purchased 2 tickets for the T20 international v West Indies in June & nothing has been downloaded.

I’ve just went on the app and straight away it says “if you purchased tickets, your mobile tickets will appear closer to the event day”
