Ticketing Issues


Is anyone else getting this message on their browser right now on the Ticketmaster website? I have installed JavaScript on my browser as an extension. I don't know if I have any third party browser plugin's not that I know what third party plugin's are. Nobody else has access to my browser.

What can I do to resolve this?
  • Try again from a different device or a different location
  • Ensure you have enabled JavaScript in your web browser
  • Remove any third party browser plugins that may be running

Nobody yet. Just wait til hell freezes over and you might.

Was signing in to forward tickets and got a new style Captcha. Maybe that‘s causing the issue. The captcha is identifying object on image in order rather than the area of a pic that has the object requested, might give you something to troubleshoot

You shouldn’t need to install an extension for javascript, so I would get rid of that before it causes more problems.

Javascript would also be on by default for most browsers unless you disabled it. Something like an ad blocker would often prevent it working though.

I can get on the ticketing website but when I try to log on using the face icon in the top right I still get the message even though I keep on deleting cookies and I have the website added to my JavaScript.

I am using Microsoft Edge.
