Ticket Office

The problem is; if you give fans the option of where to buy ticket you will get dicks standing in the ticket office for ages asking for different rows etc.

The staff in the ticket office are probably working their arses off at the moment
Its just that either.............its totally different having to sell tickets that will have been printed and sent to the club than just entering details onto your system and the printer churns out a ticket for a seat anywhere in the stadium as they can do with SAFC tickets.

Its impossible for the ticket office staff to have immediate access to all of the tickets for all of the blocks if you are selling something that's pre printed, hence its been pot luck for the most of it where you finish up once you have selected your price band.

Phase 1 probably will get more choice, not sure whether they should though.

Agree 100%. That is why this Phased ticket plan, whilst good in theory, may not be so good in practice. Can you think of why certain fans should have to wait a week and others two weeks?

I would have thought that Wembley/FA would be able to give clubs access to a live ticketing system similar to the one the club uses so that people purchasing tickets could choose areas rather than just dishing out a big pile of tickets and people left unhappy with what they are given.

No doubt they are. But I would rather they were honest and didn't just fob me off telling me I would be in one area - then being put somewhere completely different. That's my real complaint.

I bought my Wembley ticket on the phone on Monday afternoon. I asked for category 3 and even asked if I could get a seat behind the goal.

I got my ticket in the post on Wednesday. Its row 1 in one of the blocks on the side of the pitch towards the corner .

I've now rang today asking if I could change and they've basically told us to fuck off. The man on the phone was a patronising bellend and spoke to us like I was thickest person on the planet (obvious joke opportunity here). Been told there is no way I can change my ticket for another.

I know some of you will say I should be grateful to get a ticket but spending £72 to have to sit with a poor view is shocking in my opinion. Also seems unfair that those people in phase 1 like myself are going to get worst seats than those in phase 2.
No problem at all with ours, great service anall

Don't get people complaining about where they are sitting, they will sell a block at a time for each price point, you can't expect them to do it randomly and put you where you think you might want to sit. If you weren't happy with where they were selling ring back later

they are keeping the lower bowl, back block, behind the goal for phase 3, when the SFG lads have been invited to apply, along with selected others. from a very good source

Ive had the same problem. Ordered on the phone and she asked which category I wanted. Chose the £72 option, asked to be behind the goal, anywhere between block 109 & 114, near the back if possible. Tickets just turned up and im in block 104, row 2!!
I'm not too bothered in all honesty, but would be nice to get a ticket where I asked for!

Is there anybody who would want to sit in row 1 and has a ticket or is getting a ticket (long shot I know)? I would happily swap tickets.
