Aye that's fair enough like. I just wanna watch the match like. I have memories of our seats at Old Trafford against Millwall behind the goal and they were a mare - had nee idea what the frig was gannin' on at the other end.

I must have been stood next to you. If we had won that day all we'd remember was what a great experience it was. As it was it was pretty depressing.

go to Wembley website you can click on a block from stadium plan and it will show you the view from that block

I bought my Wembley ticket on the phone on Monday afternoon. I asked for category 3 and even asked if I could get a seat behind the goal.

I got my ticket in the post on Wednesday. Its row 1 in one of the blocks on the side of the pitch towards the corner .

I've now rang today asking if I could change and they've basically told us to fuck off. The man on the phone was a patronising bellend and spoke to us like I was thickest person on the planet (obvious joke opportunity here). Been told there is no way I can change my ticket for another.

I know some of you will say I should be grateful to get a ticket but spending £72 to have to sit with a poor view is shocking in my opinion. Also seems unfair that those people in phase 1 like myself are going to get worst seats than those in phase 2.
It wouldn't of been in a patronizing way, it's just most of them are numb as a chock

I coukdnt give a fuck where I sit. Applied through branch and not actually got tickets yets so dont have a clue where im sitting yet. The fact we are there and have a seat should be good enough for everyone

Some of the bleating on here is mind boggling .

It seems entirely fair to me that they sell them block-by-block and without taking special requests:
  1. they need to make sure they aren't left with odd tickets around the place, and arrange things so that people in groups are accommodated together (especially if with kids etc).
  2. being a ST holder with 1 loyalty point does not give you rights to the best seats in the house, it merely gives you rights to first choice of available categories. In a similar way, I have a season ticket for the Metro - it doesn't guarantee me the best seat on the train every morning.
  3. They don't have time to fanny on when selling 31K tickets in 2 weeks.

Must admit I'd absolutely hate to be anywhere from row 20 downwards, there's why we took the safer option of £52 tickets up a height...
Been in row 15 at sol 5 seasons, row 16 at wembley I'm happy.

I've paid £72 for a seat with a very poor view. I asked if I could swap it and they couldn't even sympathise with me. I'm entitled to be pissed off.[DOUBLEPOST=1391688957][/DOUBLEPOST]
Be grateful you have one.

Knew it wouldn't be long before there was a reply like this.

There are no poor views of Sunderland at Wembley man !!!

You have a ticket for wembley? Poor bugger.

The pitch side ones are spot on in my opinion. Dont get the need to be 10 rows up (we are row 6 block 119)

Horses for courses and all that but there are thousands of people who coose to sit in the first few rows of grounds. I sat in row 1 for an NFL game (they were cheap late released 'restricted view' seats behind an endzone but they were only RV beacuse of the nature of the sport and the amounf of people that are mulling about) but they were still spot on. Watching Sunderland in a cup final at that level would be f***ing awsome.

Maybe its all my days steing in the main stand paddock but i quite like being pitch side.

That said we were close to the front at Fulham and it felt like I was playing in goal.

Be grateful you have one.
Don't buy this at all, the right to buy one is earned by committing to a season ticket ad spending money to get to that position.

Are you also grateful when you earn 500 nectar points? Are you grateful when you earn 10 years no claims bonus on your insurance.

Of course people are desperate and I'm glad to be going. But people shouldn't be grateful. They've earned it

Happened to us, only thing we said was upper tier and they said no problem.

And it's in the bottom of block 106. Looking to swap for somebody who actually wants to sit there and we can move to the upper.

Where abouts you sitting mate? Is it the £72 ones.

I was wanting to be lower but am row 11 of block 523

There'll be no bad seats man, it's a new stadium! I'm in row 2, block 119 and I probably would have liked to have been a bit further back, yeah, but I'll be watching Sunderland at Wembley, I couldn't care where I had to sit/stand to be honest. There's people who'd give there left knacker to be in with a chance of a ticket so there is no reason to complain about being one of the lucky few who can get there.

Besides, when Borini makes it 2-1 in the 90th minute and jumps into the crowd I'll be in the perfect place to give him a git big cuddle.
